Cancellation policy

At Injections & Co., we are committed to providing exceptional value and flexibility through our membership programs. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a seamless experience for all members.

Your membership benefits, including discounted Botox and Xeomin pricing, monthly service credits, skincare product discounts, and other exclusive perks, are effective immediately upon enrollment. Membership fees are billed automatically on a monthly basis to the card on file and are non-refundable. Credits provided as part of your membership roll over month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to use them at your convenience. Should you decide to cancel your membership, any unused credits can be converted into gift cards that never expire, or, if applicable, transferred to a family member who is also a member.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle. If you wish to reactivate a canceled membership, re-enrollment may be subject to the availability of membership spots and current pricing. In the event of any disputes, all terms and conditions outlined in this policy will apply.

We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms and conditions with a 30-day notice to members. We strive to maintain clear and transparent communication to ensure your continued satisfaction with our services.
