Founder Alison Chafin, APRN, has been a licensed Nurse Practitioner since February 8, 2016, and is a Florida Autonomous Practice Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She is also a licensed Dispensing Practitioner, allowing her to independently evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, and manage patient care under Florida law.
Unlike many medical spas and Wellness Centers that rotate patients between multiple injectors, every injectable treatment at Injections and Co. is personally performed by Alison. From your first consultation to your long-term maintenance appointments, you'll work with the same experienced provider who understands your anatomy, treatment history, and aesthetic goals.

An Autonomous Practice Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is a Nurse Practitioner who has met Florida's additional education, clinical experience, and licensing requirements to practice independently under state law.
Unlike many healthcare providers who are required to practice under physician supervision, qualified Autonomous Practice Nurse Practitioners are authorized by Florida law to independently evaluate patients, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, and manage patient care within the scope of their license and in the settings permitted by state law.
For patients, this means Alison has earned the qualifications to provide independent medical care while remaining committed to collaboration and referral whenever specialized care is appropriate.
